Our Wedding

In May 2015, we were introduced through mutual friends. At the time, we were living on different coasts: Khasan in Los Angeles and Jason in New York City. We never expected it to lead anywhere due to the distance, but when we finally met during Pride, we wound up spending the entire weekend together and the rest is history. Luckily, Khasan found himself spending more and more time in NYC over the coming months and ultimately after a few years of bi-coastal long distance, Khasan moved in with Jason in New York. Then in 2019 during a trip to Croatia, Jason proposed. And after an extremely short engagement (5 years), we're finally ready to say "I do." Join us as we celebrate our journey and commitment to each other on May 24, 2025, surrounded by loved ones who've supported us every step of the way. We can't wait to start this next chapter together, filled with love, laughter, and adventures.

Summer Cocktail Chic Attire Summer cocktail attire is a polished yet relaxed dress code that balances elegance with seasonal comfort. It’s dressier than smart casual but not as formal as black-tie. Light fabrics, colors welcomed, and a touch of personality are key. Tip: When in doubt, lean toward a more polished look, but don’t be afraid to add a touch of personal style! Especially through bright and saturated jewel tone colors.

Creative Black Tie Attire&nbsp; Creative black tie is a stylish and modern take on traditional black tie attire. It allows for individuality and flair while staying true to the elegance of black tie. Let your personality shine through unique colors, patterns, textures, or accessories. Tip: This dress code is about elegance with personality—think classic black tie but with a stylish, contemporary twist!

Tamarindo is a&nbsp;beautiful 50-min ride from the International Airport of Manzanillo-Costalegre&nbsp;(ZLO), half of which is past the private Four Seasons gates exploring the diverse ecosystem across the reserve. We suggest flying in on Thursday, May 22nd or Friday, May 23rd depending on your schedule and flight availability. Our main events will take place from Friday May 23rd through Sunday May 25th (see details on the home page) There are two airport options, outlined below and we will add more information related to airline/flights and ground transportation options soon: MANZANILLO-COSTALEGRE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ZLO)The closest airport to the resort, you can find a number of flights into Manzanillo from both the East and West Coasts. Our East Coast guests will likely have to connect through Mexico City. The airport is about a 50 minute ride from the resort. For LA-based guests, there are direct flights from LAX on Wednesday and Friday on Alaska Airlines. PUERTO VALLARTA AIRPORT (PVR)If you're feeling a little more adventurous, the other option is to fly into Puerto Vallarta, where you can take a smaller airline/flight to a landing strip about 40 minutes from the hotel. It's a short flight and provides more flexibility on timing. If you have any questions about this option, let us know. You can also arrange for shuttles from PVR if you're not afraid of a long ride (~3.5 hours). Getting there

Please reserve your room as soon as possible. We have a room block reserved but there are only a certain allocation per each category so please book ASAP! You won't be charged until 30 days before your stay but we need to ensure we have a clear understanding of how many people are coming and for how long. There are no other resorts / hotels in the area so we are asking all guests to stay on property. The Website link below will direct you to view and reserve rooms under our room block. If for some reason you aren't directed to the Brailsford-Silverman room block, please use code above. The three room types in order from least to most expensive are: - Nature ($) - Beachfront ($$) - Cliffside ($$$) FYI﻿- You can add a third person to any room type for an additional $100 per night. - The hotel will honor the discounted room rates for 3 days before and after our room block if you want to extend your stay
